Just started Stumbling and just found the group. Looks great. Appreciate all the sites to check out. Wanted to add one to the list for anyone that likes Porsche and other "Fast Cars". Check out 993C4S.com/wordpress [993C4S.com/wordpress]

I'm not sure what you mean by "classes". Like most car manufacturers Porsche has names and or numbers for their various models. In order from lowest to highest (in HP and price) it goes something like this:

Boxster 245 hp
Boxster S 295 hp
Cayman 245 hp
Cayman S 295 hp
911 Carrera 325 hp
9aa Carrera S 355 hp
911 Carrera Cabriolet 325 hp
911 Carrera S Cabriolet 355 hp
911 Carrera 4 325 hp
911 Carrera 4S 355 hp
911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet 325 hp
911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet 355 hp
911 Targa 4 325 hp
911 Targa 4S 355 hp
911 Turbo 480 hp
911 Turbo Cabriolet 480 hp
911 GT2 530 hp
911 GT3 415 hp
911 GT3 RS 415 hp

These are all the current version of the 997 body style. 912, 930, 964, 993, 996 and 997 are all variations of the 911 body style from earliest to latest model. The 993 is considered by most Porsche people to be the last "true" porsche from both a design perspective and the fact that it was the last air cooled car. When Porsche switched from the 993 to the 996 in 1999 all the 911 officially became a watercooled car.

Hope this helps.
